TRAIN WITH INTENTION
Build with Purpose. Perform When it Matters.
Your job isn’t centered around one type of fitness.
Neither is RFI.
Our training methodology is built around programming that develops strength, conditioning, cardiovascular capacity, mobility, power, athleticism, and durability - together. Being “fit” for the job means more than being able to lift heavy. And it means more than being able to run. It means having options when your body is asked to perform.
-
We use progressive resistance training to build strength that actually carries over beyond the gym.
-
Intervals, circuits, mixed-modal training, loaded movement, and other conditioning methods help develop work capacity without making every session a competition to see who can suffer the most. Develop both aerobic fitness and higher-intensity cardiovascular capacity so you have a stronger foundation underneath everything else you do.
-
Mobility work to helps to maintain a useful range of motion, improve movement quality, train more effectively, and better tolerate the positions the job puts you in. We teach you how to know when to push and when to adapt.
-
Athletic movement and power development are important stepping stones to build the ability to move with speed, control, and intent. Teach your body how to produce force, react, and move under stress.
